Our Refund Policy
We strive to ensure that all of the products we supply are made to the higgest quality and meet customer requirements and expectations. On very rare occasions there may be issues with the wristbands or lanyards and each case is dealt with by our support team on an individual basis. We will offer a Full Refund as per our Refund Policy in the following situations;
- If a deadline has been missed and the wristbands have arrived later than the agreed date with a customer
- If the wristbands look markedly different to the digital proof that was approved by a customer. This does not include minor adjustments to optimise the print made by our factory team. Examples would include a spelling mistake, a logo missing or other such blatant errors on our part.
- If a product is faulty or not usable for some reason by the customer.
Discounts and complaints
Sometimes customers have issue with a certain product that has been sent to them and as above, each case is dealt with individually. As per our Refund Policy we look to discuss with the customer their requirements and how the situation can be resolved. If a deadline is missed, but the items can be used at a later stage we would offer a discount to the customer. Similarly if there has been an error at the print stage which is not deemed grevious and the customer can still use the product, a discount can be agreed between the parties.
